The Treasure Valley is not one housing market and it does not have one kind of garage door problem. Eagle has custom wood and carriage-house doors that need a different approach entirely. Garden City has low-headroom garages that need specialised track systems to take a modern door at all.
We stock for that range deliberately, which is why we can usually finish a repair on the first visit rather than diagnosing on day one and returning on day three.
Same-day is a target, not a guarantee, and we would rather be straight about it. Calls that come in early in the day, and genuine emergencies at any hour, get handled the same day in the great majority of cases. A late-afternoon call for a non-urgent tune-up in Emmett may well become tomorrow morning. What we commit to is telling you honestly when we can be there when you call, rather than booking a window we already know we will miss.
